A combination breast lift and breast augmentation is usually the most effective method for breast enhancement. In such cases, a breast augmentation is accomplished first, and the breast lift is performed later, only if desired by the patient and the surgeon feels this is in your best interest. Most of the time, the procedures are combined as it’s a speedier recovery.
