This treatment is intended for maintaining current results only. Requires previous consultation and completion of standard EMSCULPT NEO treatment package at Neaman Medi Spa.   

After completing your initial package of Emsculpt NEO treatments, maintaining the results is key.  This is our recommended schedule to help you preserve and optimize your outcomes:

Post-Initial Treatment Phase:

• Immediately After Completion: Enjoy the visible results of your initial treatment package. It's important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to enhance and sustain the effects.
• First 3 Months: Observe the changes in your muscle tone and body contour. These months are crucial for your body to fully respond to the initial treatments.

Ongoing Maintenance Schedule:

• Every 4 Weeks: Schedule a maintenance session of Emsculpt NEO. The frequency can be adjusted based on your individual response and goals. Typically, one session every 2 to 4 weeks is sufficient to maintain muscle tone and fat reduction.
• Annual Assessment: At the least, have a yearly check-in with your provider to review your results and adjust the maintenance plan as needed.

Lifestyle Considerations:

• Regular Exercise: Continue with a regular exercise routine to complement and boost the effects of Emsculpt NEO.
• Balanced Diet: Maintain a healthy diet to support your body contouring results.
