This 73-year-old woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer came to see Dr. Neaman for breast reconstruction in Salem. She desired a more rejuvenated appearance to her breasts and wanted a staged tissue expander / implant reconstruction. Dr. Neaman used a variety of techniques in addition to smooth round silicone implants, fat grating and ADM to crease a beautiful and natural appearance to her breasts. She will be undergoing nipple reconstruction in the next several months. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy on the left for symmetry.
