Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $250 before tax.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

• Complimentary local pickup is available at Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa in Salem, OR.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain medical-grade skincare products may have restrictions based on state regulations. If your order is affected, we will notify you immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@neamanplasticsurgery.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

For damaged items, please email info@neamanplasticsurgery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
