Full payment is required for all packages at the time of purchase or scheduling. All package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be fully utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they will expire (unless otherwise stated in a promotional package).
If you choose to discontinue the package before completing all treatments, the treatments received will be billed at full, non-discounted pricing, and any remaining credit can be applied toward future treatments or product purchases. All credits and unused funds expire after 12 months.
